Campeonato without licence?

2 teams inscripted for 20h that don't have a RSF licence. FOOTBALLCYCLING and GAULOISES.
Is the Campeonato free for all? Or are you allowed to race on 17 days without licence (one of the teams is 2 days old and already has ridden 2 races)?

Shouldn't be. If they are really interested in the game they might lose that interest after 5 days because they have only 2 or 3 riders left. But it seems to me that at least one ore two of them are inscripted as multi accounts in the hope of forcing a field split (GAULOISES for example is one of the Wookie list ( viewtopic.php?f=40&t=956 ). And now also Kamikaze is inscripted. 0 Races. Probably built some time ago,as the committee had enough time to remove all the nationalities of the 9 riders.

Yes...tours which are longer than 7,8 races should not be for beginners. But if Kamikaze is often online, it will be a good learning for him.

At Andes 15h there are 4 new teams without a race and 5 others... strange

I guess, I will resign from the Campeonato. I neither want to ride with 8 multies, nor do I want to have a multi-splitted field.

Here a massive IP sweep is really necessary. Well, too late actually, still, better late than never. Really looks like a mulit/group splitting festival. How many brothers will we discover in the next days? Mmh, think I'll call my mother to aks her if I have one she hid from me all those years too!

And for the dec tour a safety against new teams participating thanks to the 20 days. How? Easy "short term" solution would be making it a D1-5 tour. Should have been done here too, but of course nobody even thought of the possiblity before.
