As we had some discussions about farming in the chat, I try to move the discussion here. For me, there are two possible issues. The first is that teams earn money without riding (classic farming), and the second is that teams ride nothing for months can come with very strong (and expensive) teams to Grand Tours.

The first could be fixed by capping the sale price after taxes at the buying price. So if the price for a rider increases from 3 million to 4.5 million, a team with 50 % sales tax will still get 2.25 million, but a team with 20% will not get 3.6 million, but the buying price of 3 million. I do not think this will affect many riders and will prevent farming for profits.

The other topic is more complicated. If a team can pull it off without a reset, it is fine for me and a legitimate way of riding. If a reset is already preplanned, it is not. Relegating inactive teams to div 6 and allowing resets only there was a good development here. Maybe we need some restriction for recently reset teams, with the target to prevent another reset. This could be a limit on expensive (youth) riders or a maximal average wage in the team. Not sure what would work without hindering teams that are honestly trying not to f..-up again.

One solution could be the money you have after a reset. At the moment you get 20 Mio. for every reset. Maybe in the future, you still get 20 after the first reset, but just 15 for the next ones. If you are a comebacker after more than two (or three or four) years of absence, you can get 20 again.

My proposal:

1. You need to have 9 riders in the Team or the fund to buy 9 riders. -> only 3 riders in team you need at least 6M in funds Left; 6 riders in Team you need at least 3M in funds left.

2. change the 50 day in team tax from 50 days to 50 Racedays for the team, so if you have riders in the team and you dont ride at all even after a year you pay 50% extra tax.
