autotempo resets to shared each km

Is it possible that riders in autotempo keep normal or alone tempo? At so moment, I have to reset the setting each km to make it work. It would help in really close fights to stay in the race. Riders without tempo should still be set to shared. Being able to drop riders to help their teammates already in autotempo would be nice as well.
