I also prefer sorting by last name.

And I like the feature that we can "follow" riders on the market. But if nobody buys the rider, you cant see the skills anymore. Would be nice to change that. Otherwise I need to do my 3735679 and 3567479 bids again...

You can't see the skills any more because the rider is deleted. I'd also like to keep it that way, as it's pretty useless data.

What about changing the tact to a random time between 25 and 35 seconds or 55 to 65 seconds for each km? I know it's a very effective tactical tool, but at the same time sec tricks are very annoying. I am not sure if in the end this change would only help the best riders (in terms of skills)

There already is a random factor implemented to the km change.

I think the "random" km change is already a range of about 7 seconds between seconds 3 and 10 and 33 and 40 of a minute (just an example). If you increase the range you have a chance of a very short km without any time to respond to attacks or any changes in the race.

It is big enough, if you are overdoing it you will fail. Happens a lot. If you are going out/in too early, some can respond. It is a part of the tactical toolkit.

Why cant The new teams not rent 1 our 2 good riders for lets says 3 to 6 month . the dont have to buy them the just rent them and pay there wage but let say the max stats the can rent should be 85 climbing 85 flat 75 downhill 75 tt 85 sprint 80 cobble also the cant cost more then 90 000 salery ans you only can Rent 1 for 6 month our 2 riders for3 month .You Cant reset you team after those 3 months .when you have rented 1 our 2 riders .

It would be nice to have all times in the game in local time. At the moment only the race time is local (letzte Aktualisierung). I guess it is some work, so find a nice place in the to-do list for it.

Could we add a div there with a scrollable overlay containing something smilar to the group tabs? Kinda similar to the old layout with conditions of the image displayed depending on the number of riders in groups + classifications jerseys etc, think you should have most of the work done in the tab instead of generating the sprint canvas you would just need to append the jerseys or group image to the div^^

Could we move the day change from 0:00 to 3:00 or 4:00. Changing form (especially at month change) during the race was clearly not the intention. In theory training during races could happen as well. I believe the current behavior is a bug, not a feature.

The day change is at 3.. or 2:30 or something like that. 2:30 I think actually.
The form is just shown differently from midnight on, but doesn't actually change. Unless that has been change during the transition from flash to react. It's just a display issue. (Again, unless changed)

If it is a display bug it would be nice to correct it, before somebody crazy enough (like me) has the idea to set the form to compensate for it.
