Looking the Giro.
It´s really not normally this weather in italy in May for a soo long time.

Imagine only ten teams that bring bikers to sun and heat, and you with 2-.3 days of bad weather. Some surprise is not 'bad!

Also what I meant, and as for "windkante "(?), even the rain can make the selection, regardless of skill or not.
Even with the rain, the group can 'break into several sections, and if one is' behind ... must work more 'for recovering!

That's why i suggested not to show the riders' weather preferences openly. Then a manager would discover it only after he already bought him and only if he watches his riders carefully.

I think that the team manager should know the advantages and disadvantages of the cyclist.
Simply, the price and salary, are also more 'low, if these disadvantages.
It's up to me to decide if I want to buy or not!
I think that would give the races a bit more 'interest.

Howewer the boost can be invisible untill you don't buy the racer.

And i think a racer who love cold can be a great mountain one. Agree with the boost of the skill too +1 if favourite -1 if not.

But i don't think racers have to lose energy for this.. if is hot is hot for all, if is cold is cold for all you can love it and have a boost but is hot or cold the same
