Duration and rhythm of the race

Post by Elaska » Sat Apr 17, 2010 10:38 pm

Well , today I thought that we could again improve some things of RSF to move closer it more still to the reality.
And this evening I thought that we could can be to change the duration and the rhythm of the race:
In reality we dont know exactly in the precise minute when the race end and her rhythm while on the site yes.
I thought that we could can be to make that also on this site.
If we don't drive or weakly: km are less going to march past for a long time (example: max 1 min30 / km),
While if we roll km are faster going to pass (all depends on the speed of the pleton) and that is thus going to influence the duration of the running(race).

I do not know if I expressed well :?

And sorry for the traduction

That's a nice thought.

But i fear, there would be more tempo by some team only because their managers want the race to end quickly.
There are still some users that critizise every point of change of rhythm (from 30secs/km to 60 secs/km) as soon
as it's placed more than 20km from the finish. Some of them would definitely manipulate the duration of the race
through making tempo, although the maybe have no tactical reason to do so.

Furthermore it is not bad to know when you can go to bed. Imagine all the managers that have to sleep on a
determined time because they have to wake up early in the morning. Especially for the races in the evening
that could be fatal. And even in the morning or afternoon the people just want to know when the race is over.
Maybe they have other obligations on that day.
