remove stars for who play with the same pc

Ok there are this 2 italian friends Marco and Luca. Team name is Club Nautico and Saecoteam. they work togheder and when he have free time ride (but they have to work in the same time.) they use the same connection so they always have * but i've talked with both them they are 2 of the best new italian of the game i don't want lost them.. can we do something for them?

Tell them they should openly write in the chat at the beginning of every race that they don't intend to cheat although they have the same IP and that they will act as rivals as to every other team. After a while everybody will know them and understand their *.

Thats the reason why the stars don´t show us the multies.
If they have a problem with the stars, they can contact me so that i find i solution for this.
