Team building mistake

Hi, I started playing again after a long time. Having all old cyclists, I decided to reset. Unfortunately, when I built the new team I made a miscalculation so now I don't have the 9 cyclists to run and I can't reset for 2 weeks. Can anyone help me?

You have to sell an more expensive rider and buy 2 really cheap riders.
If your miscalculation led to 8 riders...

If you are still in time, sell all the riders, I will reset balance to 15M as default.
