We have the first forum user that's only here for advertising or whatsoever. Is it possible with this forum to check each new user before allowing him/her to write here?

Many still no post, but like with Aleenafommina maybe they somehow get to the posting later, no real clue how this bots work.

Can one of the Moderators not just delete those accounts? Easier then to delete their posts later...

Figured out how with my position I can delete users No clue how to delete single posts though... so I delete users with all their posts.
The others just ban them, no clue what the difference is exactly, I like the more martial sounding delete anyway, kill them motherfuckers, not just shut them out

Ok, looking at it closely we banned and deleted only 4, since one was banned twice and then deleted, poor guy had a horrible 15 minutes from 11.09 til 11.25, 2 others banned once then deleted and one only deleted..

We're up to 1 already today...

But I WANT to mention them.

Ehm, I'm some kind of Big Buddha here, I still don't know what I am, but I have awesome powers here in this forum, I can delete accounts. Delete accounts including all the posts by an account.

What I can't do is: Delete posts without deleting the account. Or maybe I still haven't figured out how yet, possible too. Now occasionnally we get some strange spamposts. Like today 2. Post there, but the account doesn't exist somehow.

1) How do they post if the account doesn't exist? (They delete their own account after posting? Or some other sneaky perfidious way to escape the punishment, bordering on genocide by now, by the killer-ape?)
2) How can I delete those posts?

Maybe you can move the respective posts to a closed area for the moment.

I would if I could. But while I can move forums, delete users, reorganize the whole thing, I don't seem to be able to do any moderator stuff. Buhmann made me some sort of weird thing when he was drunk or something once...

Made myself moderator, deleted the things, now I'm back to whatever I was before, still no clue what it is, but can make myself moderator again when I want to delete posts, so no problem. Just didn't want to stay moderator since I don't trust my clicking precision with all the edit/delete posts everywhere

Buh, just take the global moderator thing or whatever I am off again. Don't take that other mysterious administrator role off.

1: When I edit my posts I don't have colors at my disposals now. Pisses me off. (I'm 99% sure as a normal non-mod I had colors when editing my posts.)
2: When I edit my posts nobody sees I edited them. Since as a moderator it doesn't show.


When I made myself mod, I could unmod myself easily. Perfect. I can delete the spammers better with that admin function, delete incl. posts, gone, few clicks. Still do it that way.
The only time I need mod rights is: When somebody posts something and then the account doesn't exist anymore.. not sure how that is done, but then I need mod rights to delete the posts. BUT I can give myself those mod rights easily. And take them away. What I can't do now, for some reason, is take my mod rights away again. Maybe only the admin that gave the role can take it away? (Could take away my admin role though, there you and leso appear too, har har, maybe I have the power to kick you 2 jokers) Before I could do it under Permissions, then I was in the global mod list, un-mod, done. Now nothing appears. Take my damned mod rights away. Don't worry, I'll take them back when needed (only in the case described above) and undo them myself... Not trying to do less work this time, I start to enjoy deleting the spammers actually... get pissed of when someone is faster almost, (ok, almost deleted a poster today... it's still a bit dangerous to have me in that role, but..) just let me have my colours when I'm editing my posts and don't want to have to pay attention to the stupid edit thing next to quote all the time. A Robyklebt that isn't a moderator is just a much nicer person to have around, he might even like turning arrows.

I am new to the the game. It seems like it will be interesting. I thought Id make my presence known!

I have to say I restarted my team several times now. First I chose a very young team and then I decided to compromise that for a team that can win races from the start. At the very least I made a team that followed some of the suggestions.
