Hi. why the Regeneration of my rides dont goes up? my riders had a 890 energy but dont goes up. Why? Thanks ... PS:Sorry for my English

You recover:

-If there is only one race per day, 10*reg value every night. So, for example, if you've 50 reg and your remaining energy after the race is 390, you, next day, will have 890.

-if there are 2 half stages: 2*reg value between the stages and 10*reg value during the night. So, for example, if you've 50 reg and after first half stage you've 390 energy remaining, for the 2nd half stage you will have 490 reg, and next day it depends on how many energy you remains after the 2nd stage.
