Andes 2016 is the last tour for Sir Paquito Ortiz - a.k.a The Graeatest rider of all times in RSF C4F
The goal is of course to win the Tour with Sir Paquito Ortiz!
As usually, Team Liquigas-CND - the most dominant and superior team in the history of RSF C4F - joined Andes 2016 with an extremely competitive lineup:

Why is Paquito Ortiz the greatest rider? He have not the most stage wins, not the most tour wins, not nearly the most points. The only point which makes him great is that an untalented arrogant boaster like you is in the position to get something to win.

If Alster=Zahna then you dont deserve any explanation.
You never won a GT, you dont have at least a podium in Genera Classification in a GT.
