Well r Sukuran Pokemon not totally sure if he will make Le Tour at 20h or 22h, but 20h is the usual hour for the team so let's show the team here.
3 leaders for the TDF, 2 for the general classement and 1 for sprint stages, don't know if the team is able to ride for both, but it is Le Tour so let's try.

x1 Emmanuel ElooEfoulou. The first GC co-leader.
x2 Yakumo Tsukamoto. The second GC co-leader
x3 Medaka Kurokami. Good classic to help EAE and Yakumo. Why not try to win some middle mountain race with her sprint skill, and like that collect another win on GT, after success on Vuelta 2012 and Giro 2013.
x4 Eri Sawachika. The same that Medaka, the sprint less.
x5 Granit Xhaka. Mister ride for all. With his reg he will surely be the guy who will ride the more.
x6 Kanako Miyamae. After a good Giro, she wants to make a good TDF.
x7 Naru Narusegawa. Sprint helper for Kanako.
x8 Akira Takano. Good flatskill. Good reg. Useful, nothing less, nothing more.
x9 Lian Norris. He wait a lot the TTT and Mont Saint Michel's TT. Also an help for Kanako.

I was planning to ride at 18, but sometimes plans change and probably I will start here.

x1 Michal Gorski - hill sprinter, aiming in stage win.
x2 Lukasz Szary - classic, aiming for stage win.
x3 Emil Brodawka - classic, help for Gorski and Szary, maybe try to win red?
x4 Marcin Matysiak - "late" helper, also escapes
x5 Daniel Ciach - escapes/helper
x6 Michał Pająk - escapes/helper
x7 Tomasz Belcik - escapes/helper
x8 Jakub Wachnik - escapes/helper
x9 Michal Ostrowski - escapes/helper or x9 Ryszard Lew - TT guy

Not sure about this last postion. Lew could try to win TT and maybe TTT. However he isnt young and I would like to sell him now and buy some new promissing hill sprinter for training. No idea which option is better and which i will choose. 2nd option means cheapper team
