Giro 2016 Early Evening (18 o'clock)

Post by Chense » Sun Apr 17, 2016 1:06 pm

Hey guys - The time is near to go for the only one GT! And it seems like Team Trojer Vellau is to attend this edition. Could only change if leso decides to start this one before 18 o'clock but i dont think so so be ready to be beaten up by possibly the following greats of C4F ;)

The mountain section:

Mario Ahner (Austria) - 83 - 57 - 69 - 71 - 51 - Reg 53 - 31 Years in May - He wants it, he goes for it, The GT-Slam even if he may be to old for it
Dominik Stehle (Germany) - 78 - 62 - 73 - 54 - 54 - Reg 46 - 24 Years in May - The mountain helper n°1 ... dislikes to work for all those austrians indeed ...

The classics:

Johann Kessler (Austria) - 72 - 77 - 53 - 54 - 63 - Reg 58 - 27 Years in May - He wants to go for some classic stages and he wants to sacrifice himself for Marios win
Michael Kreitmann (Austria) - 70 - 75 - 75 - 48 - 44 - Reg 64 - 27 Years in May - The Regmachine ... wants to ride and ride and ride ... mostly behind the real classic riders

The Flathelpers:

Adrian Schaeringer (Austria) - 60 - 85 - 65 - 51 - 52 - Reg 58 - 26 Years in May - He will be there in case of some early siebs and to hold the field together as long as possible
Christian Niederberger (Austria) - 54 - 85 - 72 - 52 - 54 - Reg 57 - 26 Years in May - The natural born escape winner (3 Times including Gent - Wevelgem)
Raffael Scheffler (Germany) - 54 - 80 - 49 - 46 - 46 - Reg 51 - 27 Years in May - The natural cheapness ... He will be there as the first real controller of groups

The Water Carriers:

Bill Yard (United Kingdom) - 49 - 74 - 82 - 46 - 44 - Reg 64 - 32 Years in May - Wants his last GT start ... he is the lung of the team
Stefano Gross (Italia) - 48 - 70 - 63 - 48 - 71 - Reg 43 - 24 Years in May - The sprintstart ... he wants to gain some money on the flat stages

The Replacements:

Stefan Salvenmoser (Austria) - 47 - 78 - 75 - 53 - 52 - Reg 46 - 25 Years in May - Maybe a replacement for Mr. Gross but seems pretty unlikely
Naoki Yuasa (Japan) - 46 - 74 - 46 - 50 - 48 - Reg 35 - 22 Years in May - He joined our team just a few days ago and as a pure flathalper with even less reg then Mr. Gross he is chanceless
Auguste Baquet (France) - 48 - 80 - 53 - 50 - 71 - Reg 35 - 30 Years in May - The chanceless one ... we just don't see a suitable spot for him in this team so out!

The salary may be around: 570.000 then ... Much too expensive but hey its the Giro - Can loose the TDF with a 450k Team but the giro? Never loose it with pure firepower :D

So our aims seem to be:

- GT Win for Mario
- 2 Stage wins
- Make all our opponents angry by our pure genious
- Have Fun
- Have even more fun

So guys feel free to join me! :)

Pfff only one 85 flat rider ive got two of those heroes :D no i know its not the greatest team unfortunately due to not racing much in winter and when racing starting with a hopelessly expensive team i could not make enough money for a better team ... but due to my natural perfection it will be enough ^^ and for the boring tdf i hope ill start with better riders ^_^

After some thinking and rethinking it could be possible that i have to change to 20 o´clock. 18 more lovely for me but it could happen that ill need part time sitters there more often then the few occassions i need a full time sitter at 20 ... Well i will try to think about it. But would not be nice even needing someone to make settings for me at the prologue as app still isnt working properly.

The team has decided the final lineup - Niederberger is out and gone due to his horrible lack of training spirit ... Theres a new young gun starting for him:

The mountain section:

Mario Ahner (Austria) - 83 - 57 - 69 - 71 - 51 - Reg 53 - 31 Years in May - He wants it, he goes for it, The GT-Slam even if he may be to old for it
Dominik Stehle (Germany) - 78 - 62 - 73 - 54 - 54 - Reg 46 - 24 Years in May - The mountain helper n°1 ... dislikes to work for all those austrians indeed ...
Andreas Sander (Germany) - 73 - 56 - 71 - 53 - 56 - Reg 51 - 21 Years in May - The young gun ... He was a skier but decided his mountain skill is used better on bikes!

First TT-stage is over. It was an easy win of Gwenael LeBars (Freudenfeuer) and naturally he got "yellow" too. These are my favourites for all the jerseys:

Yellow:
***Mario Ahner, James Müller
**Jaroslaw Marczynski, Mario Cavaljo
*Talgat Loschkin, Dominik Stehle, a surprise

White:
***Talgat Loschkin
**Ashraf Khan, Dominil Stehle
*Bob Slomy, Dietrich Thurau, Simon Dannemann

Green:
***Teresa Vazquez
**Cipri Tatarusanul, Jan Juranek
*Liam Austin, Johann Kessler, Werner Silber

Red:
I have no idea

Teams:
***Bugatti
**Team Trojer Vellau, Sport
*Team Kazi Blocks, Girl Power, Freudenfeuer

If not agree, just say it to me!

Not a bad Favo-Check would just change some things a little:

Yellow:
***** Mario Ahner, James Müller
*** Jaroslaw Marczynski, Mario Cavaljo
** Talgat Loschkin, Narcisa Maduro, Lukas Dünser
* Another 82+ Mountain rider

Well obviously the 2 Hubers favos, behind them Jaroslaw and Mario the same because one has a fine tt skill the other is the strongest mountain rider in the field but only 49 flat ... and even more for those sub 55 pave guys I am not sure if they will maybe loose a bit of time on the paves.

White:
****Talgat Loschkin
*** Dietrich Thurau
** Dominik Stehle, Ashraf Khan

Talgat Number 1 for sure, then Thurau with slight advantages because of his monster reg but most likely he is just helper for Müller mostly so he may be siebed behind pretty early, same for Dominik, Ashraf on the other side 83 mountain but less tt then Talgat and even more he may be the only one not beeing able to go 100% at the itt

Green:
***Werner Silber, Oleg Serkoff
** Cipri Tatarusanul, Jan Juranek
*Liam Austin, Johann Kessler, Teresa Vasquez

Why? - I think girl will have a hard time keep the field together ... For me and others it could be more tempting on stages like today just to sieb her and keep her away because its less flatguys trying to escape then. So if the classics sprinters work together the same for Tatarusanul and Serkoff and Silber could also be able to follow some attacks

Red:
*** The one who wants it
** The one who wants it less
* Some surprise

Teams:
**** Bugatti
*** Team Trojer Vellau, Sport
*Team Kazi Blocks, Girl Power, Freudenfeuer

Obviously pretty clear for Bugatti he has a stronger team then me my only advantage is the 5th 70+ rider so I could maybe go for an attack some where but all in all Bugatti much stronger. Sport also a pretty strong team but not sure were he really could gain time. The others outsiders in the fight. But depends anyway on a big group winning or so.

All in all I am not unhappy with the teams that joined this Giro but I would have loved to see one or 2 more 87+ guys to really test the strength of the hubers against the mountain power. Like this it may up in a bit controlled giro. But hey we are also known for crazy attacks with favos :D So be ready for the rumble in the jungle.

So lets have a nice and fair fight guys!

First stage summary - No real group went so the race kept very quiet until km 151 where Mario siebed just to test the bunch - Girl Power as expected fell back and couldnt bring back her sprinter so it ended all up in a bunch sprint without Teresa.

Here is the final result:

01. 00:00:00 Liam Austin (Bugatti)
02. 00:00:00 Cipri Tatarusanul (Ralph Lauren)
03. 00:00:00 Jan Juranek (Team Kazi Blocks)
04. 00:00:00 Oleg Serkoff (CreditPommes)
05. 00:00:00 Nikolas Goethals (Ralph Lauren)
06. 00:00:00 Bob Slomy (Qbikes Panthères)
07. 00:00:00 Jacques Deboever (Flanders Flyers)
08. 00:00:00 Johann Kessler (Team Trojer Vellau)
09. 00:00:00 Semjon Karajew (Freudenfeuer)
10. 00:00:00 James Müller (Bugatti)

Second stage summary - The group consisting of Qbikes Pantheres, Jockelsteam, Team Kazi Blocks and Team Trojer Vellau has been caught some kilometres before the end so it ended up in a bunch sprint ... Here is the final result:

01. 00:00:00 Teresa Vazquez (Girl Power )
02. 00:00:00 Liam Austin (Bugatti)
03. 00:00:00 Johann Kessler (Team Trojer Vellau)
04. 00:00:00 Cipri Tatarusanul (Ralph Lauren)
05. 00:00:00 Willie Banon (Qbikes Panthères)
06. 00:00:00 Jan Juranek (Team Kazi Blocks)
07. 00:00:00 Stefano Gross (Team Trojer Vellau)
08. 00:00:00 Mario Cavaljo (Sport)
09. 00:00:00 Oleg Serkoff (CreditPommes)
10. 00:00:00 Pini Zahavi (Team Kazi Blocks)

After 3 days some short summary:

Maglia rosa fight:

James Müller +0:49 82M 71TT (Bugatti)
Mario Ahner +0:51 83M 71TT (Team Trojer Vellau)
Jaroslaw Marczynski +1:20 84M 59TT (Team Kazi Blocks)
Mario Carvaljo +1:38 87M 55TT (Sport)
Talgat Loschkin +1:43 84M 54TT (Freudenfeuer)
Dominik Stehle +1:44 80M 54TT (Team Trojer Vellau)
Marc Vandam +1:48 83M 53TT (Sport)
Narcisa Maduro +1:52 85M 52TT (Girl Power)
Ashraf Khan +1:54 83M 50TT (Credit Pommes)
Elias Kornberger +1:55 84M 50TT (Ansach)
Dietrich Thurau +2:01 82M 49TT (Bugatti)
Lukas Dünser +2:01 85M 49TT (Jockelsteam)

So all mountainguys still in around 1:15 minutes but we have some impact due to the Prologue already - The Hubers already 30 seconds in front of the next contender and more then 45 seconds to the strongest climber. Lets see how it develops - I Think Stehle, Thurau can be taken out as helpers also Khan without Reg not a real contender i the end so its 9 contestants left.

The Maglia Rossa fight:

Liam Austian 90pts 53M 80S (Bugatti)
Cipri Tatarusanul 68pts 60M 78S (Ralph Lauren)
Jan Juranek 56pts 68M 74S (Team Kazi Blocks)
Johann Kessler 52pts 72M 63S (Team Trojer Vellau)
Teresa Vasquez 50pts 48M 90S (Girl Power)
Oleg Serkoff 44pts 69M 72S (Credit Pommes)
Mario Carvaljo 24pts 87M 57S (Sport)
Stefano Gross 20pts 48M 72S (Team Trojer Vellau)
Werner Silber 7pts 70M 67S (Ansach)

Here also some guys clearly out of the fight ... Silber with already around 50pts of disadvantage to the other contestants should be out as well as Teresa Vasquez by not getting points yesterday and Stefano Gross as he will help Kessler in the flat sprints. So its 6 guys left fighting for it. Big advantage now for Bugatti as he also has the team to get some bunch sprints Girl Power wouldnt get. Kessler slightly disadvantaged as also beeing Helper for Ahner but the only real classic rider with sprint in this field besides Kyllonen (70M 62S)

Maglia Bianca:

Talgat Loschkin +1:43 84M 54TT (Freudenfeuer)
Dominik Stehle +1:44 80M 54TT (Team Trojer Vellau)
Ashraf Khan +1:54 83M 50TT (Credit Pommes)
Dietrich Thurau +2:01 82M 49TT (Bugatti)

Basically this 4 guys are in the mix but as said above 2 of them helpers one of them lacks of reg and is weaker then Loschkin everywhere so pretty easy thing for Loschkin

Stage Number 3:

We didnt get the expected classics sprint today - On the 8/7 final many classics we would have expected to be in front were siebed so finally the group got through behind them a group with only classics of Bugatti and Girl Power leading 5 seconds before the real classics group.

James Müller just missed to get 1 second in gc by milimetres while the only gc riders loosing 5 seconds today were Dominik Stehle and Ashraf Khan

01. 00:00:00 Mara Krapp (Girl Power )
02. 00:00:00 Jasurbek Latipov (Freudenfeuer)
03. 00:00:02 Elias Kornberger (Ansach)
04. 00:00:02 James Müller (Bugatti)
05. 00:00:02 Mario Cavaljo (Sport)
06. 00:00:02 Lukas Dünser (Jockelsteam)
07. 00:00:02 Lars Weigel (Bugatti)
08. 00:00:02 Alina Schaaf (Bugatti)
09. 00:00:02 Talgat Loschkin (Freudenfeuer)
10. 00:00:02 Mario Ahner (Team Trojer Vellau)

So the last stage before the last little mountain stage - We got no real escape then Girl Power tried to go for the stage pulling Bugatti and all Mountain riders except Mario Ahner for GC but finally we managed to return and got the bunch sprint we always thought about except Serkoff, Juranek (Offline) Tatarusanul and Austin (Siebed) so finally it ended up like this:

01. 00:00:00 Werner Silber (Ansach)
02. 00:00:00 Teresa Vazquez (Girl Power )
03. 00:00:00 Anti Kyllonen (Freudenfeuer)
04. 00:00:00 Johann Kessler (Team Trojer Vellau)
05. 00:00:00 Hugo Steiner (Ansach)
06. 00:00:00 Willie Banon (Qbikes Panthères)
07. 00:00:00 Lars Weigel (Bugatti)
08. 00:00:00 Logan Damuseau (Qbikes Panthères)
09. 00:00:00 James Müller (Bugatti)

So just some short news about the last 2 days - 2 pretty controlled stages - Yesterday we had the first little time differences between the gc favorites:

01. 00:00:00 Talgat Loschkin (Freudenfeuer)
02. 00:00:01 Lukas Dünser (Jockelsteam)
03. 00:00:01 Ashraf Khan (CreditPommes)
04. 00:00:02 Elias Kornberger (Ansach)
05. 00:00:03 Mario Ahner (Team Trojer Vellau)
06. 00:00:03 Dietrich Thurau (Bugatti)
07. 00:00:03 James Müller (Bugatti)
08. 00:00:03 Mario Cavaljo (Sport)
09. 00:00:03 Narcisa Maduro (Girl Power )
10. 00:00:03 Marc Vandam (Sport)

Today we had a pretty curious situation - All hillsprinters off so Team Trojer Vellau decided to sieb and try for a hillsprint or a late attack ... then Bugattis GC Captain James Müller fell back was it a mistake or just not knowing what would happen helping? Anyway Trojer decided to not ride against him and go for some decision on a flat stage also killing his chances for the red jersey it seems so finally the first group got caught back and it ended up like this:

01. 00:00:00 Liam Austin (Bugatti)
02. 00:00:00 Cipri Tatarusanul (Ralph Lauren)
03. 00:00:00 Werner Silber (Ansach)
04. 00:00:00 Willie Banon (Qbikes Panthères)
05. 00:00:00 Anti Kyllonen (Freudenfeuer)
06. 00:00:00 Roger Baens (Flanders Flyers)
07. 00:00:00 Lukas Dünser (Jockelsteam)
08. 00:00:00 Nikolas Goethals (Ralph Lauren)
09. 00:00:00 Jan Adriaensens (Flanders Flyers)
10. 00:00:00 Adrian Schaeringer (Team Trojer Vellau)

Tomorrow we will see the pave and what happens about it!

Today a little impact on gc again - 2 guys (Narcisa Maduro and James Müller) loosing roughly 30 seconds on the other gc riders - In the end 4 Guys succeeded 1 second in front of another bigger group - Here is the final result:

01. 00:00:00 Talgat Loschkin (Freudenfeuer)
02. 00:00:00 Dietrich Thurau (Bugatti)
03. 00:00:00 Lukas Dünser (Jockelsteam)
04. 00:00:00 Ram Malhadra (CreditPommes)
05. 00:00:01 Mario Cavaljo (Sport)
06. 00:00:01 Johann Kessler (Team Trojer Vellau)
07. 00:00:01 Marc Vandam (Sport)
08. 00:00:01 Nikolas Goethals (Ralph Lauren)
09. 00:00:01 Mario Ahner (Team Trojer Vellau)
10. 00:00:01 Anti Kyllonen (Freudenfeuer)

This means: Loschkin gaining 11 sec on Ahner Dünser gaining 5 sec on Ahner - Thurau just helper normally even with Müller loosing time.

Tomorrow the ITT and then some more real analysis of the gc standings and the other jersey fight.

Dietrich Thurau +4:21 83M 49TT (Bugatti)
Ashraf Khan +4:24 84M 50TT (Credit Pommes)
Narcisa Maduro +4:34 85M 52TT (Girl Power)
Lukas Dünser +4:43 85M 49TT (Jockelsteam)
Dominik Stehle +5:55 81M 54TT (Team Trojer Vellau)

Its getting clearer now: James Müller regained some time so he and Mario Ahner are virtually at the same level - Behind them especially Carvaljo and Loschkin will now think of working together to kill the Hubers. Marczinsky unfortunately out due to some bug or whatever yesterday

The Maglia Rossa fight:

Liam Austian 145pts 53M 80S (Bugatti)
Cipri Tatarusanul 124pts 60M 78S (Ralph Lauren)
Johann Kessler 92pts 72M 63S (Team Trojer Vellau)
Teresa Vasquez 72pts 48M 90S (Girl Power)
Lukas Dünser 72pts 85M 57S (Jockelsteam)
Mario Carvaljo 70pts 87M 57S (Sport)
Werner Silber 66pts 70M 67S (Ansach)

Looks pretty clear now with Austin far in front but maybe one of the mountainguys or the classics could fight them. Comeback of the week could be Silber ;)

Maglia Bianca:

Talgat Loschkin +3:18 85M 54TT (Freudenfeuer)
Dietrich Thurau +4:21 83M 49TT (Bugatti)
Ashraf Khan +4:24 84M 50TT (Credit Pommes)

Stehle should be out of the fight now and its pretty decided for Loschkin now but lets see what happens!

The mountain is not really decided until now some guys attacking it but none of them with a clear advantage its still 4 guys within 3 points!

If I have time tomorrow some little new favocheck after the first week!
