De Panne 2016 15h

Post by team fl » Tue Mar 29, 2016 1:20 pm

After Team FL had to skip Harelbeke and GW due to health issues, the Liechtenstein cycling teams tests its form at The Three days of De Panne. Hopefully fit again, the following riders will present the team at the start:

x1 Jason "the cold" Boxhill
x2 Iwan "the Illness" Franko
x3 Perry "the fever" Henzell
x4 Ignatz "the caugh" Lichtenstein
x5 Bambang "the sniffles" Megaranto
x6 Otto "Triofan" Ospelt
x7 Amartya "Dafalgan" Sen
x8 Harrison "Nasivin" Tasher
x9 Carlos "tissues" Tejeda

Goal is to get healthy again. If that means winning too, so be it.

It seems a reset is not needed anyway, as Megaranto's victory shows obviously. That's also the summary of stage 1: Bambang Megaranto won it in front of Calvin McConell from Mosca Cicli Italia. The main think was when Edward Cammelmeyer was ordered back by Calimero to help Brandon Hope for the stage win. Anyway, in the main group, he didn't even make it and so Louis Michel rom Team darsseul got third. For the GC, Megaranto will probalby wear his yellow jersey until the day after tomorrow when mose likely one of Lenny SnakeCycling's time trial specialists, either Jyhan Artut but even more so Jeffrey deZwaan will take it from him. But still one full and a half stage to go until then. So who knows what will happen... The other classements are still very much open, although Megaranto is also leading the youth and points classement at the moment. But I guess all sprinters still have a chance for green while white will either go over Jetson, Franko or Snowden.
