GIRO - 15 pm

Post by HeidfeldFanclub » Fri May 04, 2012 2:58 pm

Hey hey hey,

just saw that there is yet no Fred for the 15 pm Giro, I thought to start one.

The Heidfeld Fanclub will return to Italy after three years and will appear the first time on the GIRO since the outstanding victory of unforgotten Matthew E'Bola in 2009. After years of rumours about doping, missmanagement and bad rider politics, the team is back in the first devision and will do anything to make an impressive impact in Italy again...

If no suprising transfer or injury occurs till tomorrow, the Heidfeld Fanclub team will be as following:

1. (Dr.) Karl-Theoder Freiherr von und zu Guttenberg (GER) - undisputed captain of the team, hunter for CG and stages
2. Andrey Tychonoff (RUS) - The classic rider and helper for the hills/mountain won his first tour this April in Turkey, but not an iron lung at all...
3. Romain Mantheou (FRA) - The experienced classical merc hired in April and showed is skillz in Turkey with P3 overall
4. Jetse Bol (NED) - A semi-skilled hillrider, always a good helper and loader
5. Padma Shamsher (NEP) - The son of a famous Gorkha warrior is going to become the new classic rider of the century, also he has the regeneration skillz of a crocodil.
6. Joseph Kalilu (BOT) - experienced, well skilled helper
7. Deepak Giri (NEP) - The second Nepali did not became as strong as he could be, but still is a valuable member of the team
8. Wilma Wackernagel (AUT) - Austrian hermaphrodite, a chaser and escaper
9. Rosa Schwein (AUT) - Could be Wilma's brister - a bit weaker in hills but with good regeneration

#3 JuanMora Gutiérrez - very important for the TTT and a supporter for the hills
#4 Luis Gutiérrez - important for the TTT and a supporter for the hills, maybe some money places
#5 Rafael deAlvarado - one of the man who can the race quick in the hilly parts
#6 Antonio Zamora - the second strong man who can the race quick in the hilly parts
#7 Mauricio Osvaldo - he will care about Soares in the mountains

Nice, not a bad team and good Leader - but don't bring all 3 mountainers and one TT, would make it a bit useless and sucking style :? . Due to Eriksson it will be expensive anyway - but you should get yellow tomorrow and if you ride a perfect TTT it really could help you.

you can not bring 3 climbers, gadret has 38 years, and mountain skills will be too low the last week, the TT: I need his for TTT

Was geht aaabb?
Hey guys, this is my second GT after the Vuelta last year ...
My team is a little bit more competetiv than last year so i try to get more stages than two ...
But i think it will be hard in the mountains for me agains the "Freiherr" so i have to suck the whole tour to get probably one or two stages in the second week.
But for sure i can tell that i have no ambitions for the GC, because my team has absolutely no TT skills - but perhaps a top10 place is possible in the end ;)

So i have to try to get anything what is possible to get and with a good communication with Freiherr perhaps he will let me at least one stage more ;)

I wish all the best, no noob tempo and a fair competition for this great GT ;)

JOGA - LENNAOs Team Lineup:

1 - Abraham Olano - good Mountain rider without sprint and TT skills - so he tries to get at least one stage in the mountains - but it will be very difficult without a team
2 - Eric Nothmann - buyed at least 2 hours before this GT to support Olano in the mountains - Olano without any classic would be a joke ...
3 - Pawel Paterek - nephew of the famous manager of ABC Polsat - he is a hero and support everything a will surprise ;)
4 - Milos Krsnic - good helper and has little flatskills to ride eventually for a mass sprint
5 - Achille Valois - same as the "tanne" buyed 2 hours before the giro - flat rider to support Hushovd to get at least 1 stage win - but he need support from other teams ;)
6 - Adrian Lewis - newcomer for flat stages with good reg - can help Hushovd too.
7 - Wayne Mardle - bombastic helper with good fighting ability and reg - he will ride for his life :D
8 - Zdravko Zigic - new helper and fillstuff for the team with good reg and little flatskills to help where he will be able too.
9 - Torvald Hushovd - little brother of Thor - wants to follow in the footsteps of hes brother and win some stages in the Giro and evtl in the TdF in 2 months ;)

7 - Wayne Mardle

Sorry, could'nt be online today, Aux made my settings.

Field became nicer since this morning when I watched in first time - two more good mountain riders with Lacombe and Olana. And - which is a bit sad (kidding), a very clear favorite with BSG. Behind Drogon, it will be interesting. SK Blu with a extreme expensive team, but I'm not sure if really succesful in overall. Except him and me no team with more than one classic rider - that could be kind of interesting too maybe, dont know yet. Also interesting that we have some sprinters, but all sprinter teams have not really good helpers...

I will make a favorite check tomorrow, but Drogon gets ***** now :) So lets force him to ride 23 days...

Ok, with the inscription of BSG my goals were worthless ... My team is to expensive for playing the 2nd or 3rd role.

Please find below my favorite check.

General classement:
***** Drogon Targaryen (BsgXtreme)
**** Mikel Xarriola (bike Austis)
*** Theodor zu Guttenberg (HeidfelfFanclub)
** Damian vonSchlins (BsgXtreme)
* Francisco Soares (SK Blu-Bardhe)

Points classement:
*** Theodor zu Guttenberg (HeidfelfFanclub)
** Alexandre Lacombe (TB Construct CT)
* any other

Mountain classement:
*** Theodor zu Guttenberg (HeidfelfFanclub)
* Most likely a rider/team he is fighting for.

Youth classement:
*** Francisco Soares (SK Blu-Bardhe)

Team classement:
*** BsgXtreme
** bike Austis
* SK Blu-Bardhe

The overall fav is evident ... Bsg. But here are just 3 teams with very good helper(classic riders) in the field. Maybe Heidfeld and Blu-Bardhe are able to make every hilly/mountain stage very fast.

Good, Ronson made tha Favo check, so I can use my time for something different ;)

I agree mostly with the rankings he made, sprint jersey I'm not sure because I did not count the possible amounts. BUt should be to less sprinter stages to let one of them get green, but they should be not overall chanceless.

I don't agree with star ranking of overall, should be more like this:

General classement:
***** Drogon Targaryen (BsgXtreme)
****
***
** Mikel Xarriola (bike Austis)
* Francisco Soares (SK Blu-Bardhe), Damian vonSchlins (BsgXtreme), Theodor zu Guttenberg (HeidfelfFanclub)

Making every stage fast sound very nice. What speaks against us is the stupid first rest day and the fact that your classic riders are worser than old boy Zischab (maybe he will train down during Giro ;) ) and that Guitierrez is honestly quite useless with 72/72 for hard tempo. But we will see

Stage One, MS, victory for Robert Speer (bike Austis).

Giro could be hard. Two noobs, TB and sans riding only for intermed poits, favo off all stages yet...

The question is: How to make BSG work day and day? Yesterday he was helperless (except the other mountain guy) and made first mistake (Zischab in the third group), but we could not use this due to your (understandable) try to reach an MS (he did not even help you, which was very strange). But we really have to be aware not to ride for him any day...

I'll try my best to attack him, I'm sure also Joga will - but you have to be first and with us, as you are the cleary favo behind Drogon. I hope SK is also in the mood to attack him and not just save pink for a few more days - maybe both is possible too, but would be a shame if he helps Drogon too much... TB won't (even he should be also interested), the rest is more or less not the ones who should or could...

BTW, thank you for the result postings here, very nice :!:
