2014 Tour surprises

With the TDF's end, a lot of people can say that they werre surprised by the performances of some riders, and disappointed by others, in this topic, i allow you to say who the biggest surprise of this year's Tour.
With the dropout of Alberto Contador, Chris Froome and Andrew Talansky, some of the main favourites, the dropout of Rui Costa and the health problem of Jurgen Van Den Broeck, a lot of openings for the fight of the podium and top 5 appeared, and gave space to some young and old riders to shine, for some in their debut, for some at they're last appearence at the Tour, and some to display skills that were unknown for the cycling world.
