Elimination GIRO 2013

Ok folks, let's try this game again, last time it worked quite well during the tour de france. The more players, the better, of course!

1- For every stage (TTT included) you have to name 1 rider. If this rider is the last of all the chosen riders, you lose! (Position in the official stage ranking)

2- Every player can use every rider only once during the Tour (everyone can use Cavendish, but only once)

3- In order to avoid problems in some situations, you have to choose a list of 3 substitutes before the game starts. They will be activated (only when needed) according to the chosen order.

a- Whenever your selected rider abandons a stage, or finishes it after the allowed time, the first available substitute will be used.
b- When a rider is in a crash during the last kms and finishes the stage, he will be considered in the normal way. Only exception is if the fallen rider gives up before the start of the next stage. (example: mass sprint, X falls and crosses the line bleeding, gives up before next stage's start. Then the joker applies for the day he crashed)

Of course, the votes will be closed at the start of every stage.

In case someone does not give a vote, he will be eliminated. But the worst of the chosen riders for the stage will also be eliminated.


To avoid blank stages, I suggest you fill in a rider for every stage to cover your ass right now, and everyday if you don't forget you can pick whatever rider you want to be your actual choice.
