Hello and welcome to the presenting of BeaconSV Cycling Team!
First of all, I would like to thank the sponsors from Romania and Serbia, but also our new sponsor from Uruguay who are making this team possible.
Our moto goes as followed : The rise of the underdogs!
Without any further information you can meet the team for the beginning of the season in February 2025 :
Sprint team :
Novak Jokic - a young sprinter from Serbia who strives to reach the top of sprinting.
Kent Ezra - our lead-out with a ton of experience and who brings a mature head in a young team.
Adi Mutu - the launcher from Romania who hopes to help the team fight with the greatest sprinters in the world.
Support team :
Eduard Novak - the experience but still young Romanian who is the engine of the team.
Vlade Vidic - the partner in crime of Novak, the Serbian who doesn`t know what stopping means.
Cristi Dragusin - an all rounder for the flat stages.
TT team :
Julien Morris - the French specialist of TT, only thing better then his skill is his glorious mustache.
Mountain team :
Darwin Nunez - a new climber that was brought by our new scout all the way from Uruguay.
Janko Tipsarevic - a great flat rider combined with mountain, the best for the unknown races.
Cristi Sapunaru - a young Romanian racer who promises to help the team in the future.
Fede Valverde - the new signing from Uruguay, the future leader of the team, our up and rising future star !

Recap of the month of February :
New Major results :
- Mountain Jersey in Etoile de Bessèges by Eduard Novak
- Stage win in UAE St2 Al Hudayriyat Island ITT by Julien Morris
- Stage win in Cayenne - Kourou by Novak Jokic
- National Championship in Romania by Eduard Novak
- National Championship in Serbia by Janko Tipsarevic
Departures from the team :
- Unfortunately one of the first riders in the team, the American Kent Ezra leaves our Eastern European concentrated team because of political pressure and lack of support from our fanbase.
- Julien Morris, the French TT specialist leaves as well because of contractual issues, we were not able to reach an agreement on the monthly payment.
New signings in the team :
- Diego Godin from Uruguay joins us from our scout team in Uruguay and hopefully we will see him in a lot of races
- Luka Djokovic, the cousin of Novak Jokic joins from Serbia and he will have to fill in the spot of Ezra, being the main leadout of the sprint train.
We will bring the next update next month!

Recap of the month of March :
New Major results :
- Unfortunately this month the riders from our team could not get any new wins but we still have to underline the great prestation from Volta a Catalunya : Darwin Nunez was able to finish 9th in the General Classification against really strong riders and also finish on the podium for the Youth Jersey ( 3rd ). As well, Cristi Sapunaru demonstrated his strength and finished 2nd on the KOM Jersey.
New signings in the team :
- Teodoro Torres from Uruguay joins us as an experienced rider who can help us controlling the flat stages but also can be a menace in the breakaways and be a great support in tours.
We will bring the next update next month!
