Rebuilding the team

I've moved up to the 6th division and I'm starting to think about reforming my auto-generated team after the Vuelta. I would like to try to build a good sprint team. This is probably the best way for a newbie. So I wanted to ask if someone would advise me which riders I should sell and what kind of riders I should buy. I understand that my goal will not be fulfilled immediately, but I would like to get on the right path.
My team is Czech Lions !
