So it looks like its nearly impossible to find out how the game works until you create a team, but what do you wish you had known before you created your team? and what would you do differently as a result if you could create another team?

The most important thing you need to know:
To complete your team with cheap riders, 21 years old and 65-68 flat is cool!

I would have wished to have known before that the salary costs for my team got unaffordable for me after the first season change.
