Question about training

Post by Hoefs Cycling Team » Fri Jul 18, 2025 10:58 am

A question about training.
My star rider: Laszlo did not train 2 times on row (so no training this month).
He has all 7 slots on mountain. his chance of success is 77%. According to probability calculations this is of course possible.
Is training purely determined by probability, or are there other factors that play a role in training?
(Thanks for your answer)

In reality, it is solely based on the percentages you see there. Of course, you can get unlucky (or in rare cases lucky), but in theory his next training will have a 77% chance, and if he misses the one after that will be 77% chance as well.

However, some believe riders get bad trainings because they hate their manages.

I believe the latter.

You just get better training if you complain about your bad luck in the general chat

Also tricky... When I complained about my classics missing mountain my climbers trained more

The more you complain the better they train till a hard threshold when you complain to much they train worse then ever, i reached that point already xD

Some riders need encouragement, some riders need a kick in their ass. And some riders just have enough self motivation and don't need anything, while some riders are just lost.
I didn't mean to say it. But I meant what I said.

Just don't win with your top rider, then he starts training. That's how Maik did it
