First training of the month is on the 5th. So without 20 year olds, you would have an incredible rush every month between the 1st and the 4th (since training is shortly after midnight on the 5th) to get young riders. Miss one training is pretty big. Like this you have a whole month to get one you like for the next month.

I have a few questions about form, first of all, does form impact the regeneration ability, and second, how does form impact the pavé stat, is it indirectly effected through the flat stat, directly influenced or both?

No on reg, no influence.

Interesting question on pavé: Assumption is it only impacts the shown value, so if you have a 82 flat 82 internal pavé, so 82 shown skill pavé rider with 100% you get a +2 on the shown skills. That's flat and pavé, so both 84.

I question on finance. When i decide tomorrow (sunday) to do no race. (No Parijs Roubaix)
Will i pay the all salary of my team? So wil did cost me a lot of money? Or wil i pay nothing and is my finance the same next day (monday)?

You pay nothing.

Salary is only payed when you ride a race. You then pay the salary of the riders in the race.
