How many young riders?

I need some help. I have heard there are restrictions for how many young riders you may have in your team.

I just bought a 21-year old rider. When the month is coming to an end, I want to buy 20-year-olds. How many 20-year-olds am I allowed to buy? (All my other riders are 28 or older).

21+22 : 5max
21+22+23 : 6max

You can basically extend the list above, if you keep the next season in mind (which C4F does as far as I know):
20 : 4max
20+21 : 5max
20+21+22 : 6max
