When you gave me -3 I replied with a 0 and tried explaining to you what actually happened. But you talked nosense in the next race, so got my -3 there.

We have just two races together and you're accusing me of having a bad "style of playing"...You stop your "harassment".

Fyi if there were stats for teams that make tempo from the peloton the most I'd be in the current top3.

welcome to the game. Is the purpose of this thread that you want an investigation by the FPC? If so, can you please refer to the specific rule that was violated in your view?

One bad fairness vote is not considered as harassement. And although the fairness vote is not exactly friendly, it is also not offensive or insulting either.

Anyway, if any player is experiencing offensive/bad behaviour by (a) player(s) over a longer time, keep collecting chat protocolls, forum messages, etc. and/or feel free to contact the FPC about it.

To avoid misunderstandings:

3) is misleading and stating false information. The FPC never wrote at any point what you accuse it to. It's up to the involved player to decide that, which is CircleCylce in this case. BUT: As the thread was openend, FPC is reviewing it.

Anyway, thanks for making it clear that you want the FPC to review the thing you posted. And again, please open an own thread for that next time.

That message was strictly for him.

He didn't say anything in particular that was racist in that race, we barely interacted during it anyway, not until the fairplay votes after the race ended.

For info I did most of the work in that race while having very little chances in the sprint, but I get a -3 with random comment, while his friends who were afk gets +3. And calls me "crap" because I said he is as favo as me and didn't let him join a group.
This and with the racist comments he'd throw at me here and there led to my fp vote.

r TAKA did not react in the hearing and also did not provide any proof whatsoever in the forum to back up his fairness vote. The FPC could not find any evidence itself to call RideforMoney a racist. Hence, the FPC assessed the fairplay vote as an offensive act violating the fairplay rules.
