What happened: Aix, Chartreuse and the rest of the best sprint skilled riders(60+sprint) were behind and in order to move forward Chartreuse was directly telling Aix what he was doing during the current 50m of sprint. Which lead the two teams to end up infront after using one train basically formed by two teams.



That's how the sprint started. But then Chartreuse asked Rider A (Aix) to follow Rider B (Chartreuse)

vient avec moi Aix

. Once followed, Rider B launched his sprint, then after a while Chartreuse said that the rider is going to stop sprinting, and asked for Rider A to launch the next 50m..

I was in this race, didn't realized it.
But it's not fair, that is for sure!

For me the sprint of Khursanov was also a bit confusing and well timed. He started right as rider A from Aixteam was falling back from the sprint. Rider would have been blocked. But you can say he just tried.

To the topic. What exactly do you imply? Unrealistic agreement? In fact it was written in the chat, he switched to French what makes it suspicious and kind of unfair in a final sprint.

To be honest, I did not understand everything in Chartreuse's sprint.

BUT

If you look further in the analysis, when he says "je m'écarte avec Charles", which means "I stop sprinting with Charles".. Well, at the end, he did not do it, and it could have cost me the victory because Hervé was blocked then.

And Idefix, just to be clear, when I said "Je le sentais" ("I felt it"), it was after the sprint of Chartreuse's leader. At that moment I was blocked at the top and I thought it was over for me.

In my opinion, the only thing is that Chartreuse really wanted to win, and did not want to give the victory to somebody who did nothing before the sprint. But there is no arrangement, especially since I did not say anything to him.

I don't want to call it an agreement. I think Aixteam just did what he could to win.
But Chartreuse saying what is he doing every 50m to get his leader in a better position just ruins the sprint and the race. I think it deserves a punishment. So it's for the FPK to decide.

Case closed by FPK without a penalty. There was no majority to argue that this is an unrealistic arrangement.
