guci continued to pull the group, zanar and katsch dropped nobody. zanar rode behind and after he made a sieb he dropped those 3 riders to make tempo. katsch just kept the riders with guci, made no tempo and after zanar caught tempo no tempo/attacks aswell. in chat chat again no comments by anybody.

Only 3 teams at start, nobody told anything. Not sure that it was changing something on the results

well you agree to the rules with every race so why would you need anybody to tell you?
it was a teamattack, you used all 3 riders and therefore took advantage. sure easy win for you even without that but thats no argument aswell.

But i think if every teams are ok with what happen on the race, things should not take this kind of pressure..

If you think that need sanctions, ok do it.
I think fair play rules are essentials, but you may have consider that a race with 2-3 teams or a race with more teams are not really the same thing.

even worse arguments here^^ it remains a teamattack, even if all involved teams had no clue about those rules you still agree to with every race you ride.. with more than 700 races you should really be aware of them.

Team Zanarkand: PENALTY SUBMITTED: FINE OF50000, WARNING: NO
guciuzuza: PENALTY SUBMITTED: FINE OF150000, WARNING: NO

FPC takes into account that these were the first team attacks of Zanarkand and Katschberger RC. We also see, that these were very small races with a a limited number of players and no complains in the race chat. guciuzuza however had a team attack before. For Zanarkand the second case is still open, but I interpret that he probably won't be charged for a second time. This is because both cases were running simultaneously, he answered in Forum and made clear what were the circumstances.

Maybe I missed something, but guciuzuza didn't do a team attack??
