American Ryders, Cali Cafe Colombia

Both with the same IP.
I asked American Ryders ("American Ryders, any idea why you have the same IP as Cali Cafe Colombia?") in my race. He went offline after i asked and came some minutes later back online, but that time with a different IP.

Well, this case is clear, at least for me.
He didn't answered the hole race after my question. At the beginning he answered really quickly.

Seems Cali is banned. We were told in Oman (in the race chat) after a few days. Would have been nice to see it here too actually.
And a question: Banned forever? Temporary ban until there is an explanation? American Ryders banned too? Ok, more than one question.
