Both with the same IP.
He thought it's allowed to have two teams, just not to ride in the same race.

if it is allowed by 2 teams,if not both in the same race with the race,i was selling the team STEAUA.It is OK?

Or usè TOR BROWSER to pay with diffèrènt IP and no onè can know it

Not exactly.
- It is allowed that two different persons are playing with their teams using the same IP, e.g. family members or colleagues. To avoid confusion and wild accusations, it's better to inform everybody here in the forum
- It is not allowed for a single person to have more than one team, regardless of which IP is used

STEAUA banned.
