Try to remember this rule:

1. Attack (no following) with more than 2 riders of one team at the same km out of the same group.
This rule is deactivated for the last 10 km of every race.

And also be more comunicative in chat, many people can help you to become a good player
By making team attacks not only you make enemies (look at all the -2 in your fair play history!!) but you will also not enjoy the race because many people will "race against you"
