An example today, it's very fair to use skype/FB and others things for speaking strategy against others guys? I think no really.. that's sucks...

And more.. here , the big (co)favo in this tour wants work with the favo in mountain (RN).. but where is the logic? Why Recien should work with one of his opponent? His only occasion to gain time ( against Maurice for example , or Djangos etc) for GK is today so.. why work with him?

I think that 1 every 2 players of this game talk in skype/facebook and similar with someone other player and this can't be controlled by leso and no one other, so not much space for an intervent.

You can't forbid it because its not possible to control it, and if something isnt forbidden, you cant fine them. However its not allowed to ride for other teams, you always have to ride for yourself, so if you can prove that, then fine for the helping one is 100% ok.

Buhmann say already since several time, is not forbidden, and he find it ok!

Actually you don't also know if recien and maurice spoke about the race, spoke about their facts, spoke about their teams, spoke about their girlfriends etc...
So don't see how he can get a fine, and don't see how can anybody get a fine...

In fact, we can't complain while players who speak in skype don't ride one for other. If they ride anyone for himself, everything is Ok. If they ride one for another, it's unfair in everycase, no matter if they are in skype or not. We could' say they're speaking and other people doesn't know, but it's the same when several players are speaking in german/italian/spanish... in game chat and other players don't understand them.
