Fairness Votes not possible for taken out teams

heya,
yesterday at Classica San Sebastian 21h a small group escapes and i did tempo for some km. Well Team betty and Armorique decided not to help me so the gap reaches nearly 35 min. Before that i attacked with some of my riders and these 2 teams were taking out of the race, due to the 35min rule for one-day races. ....
after the race i wanted to blame and insult them by the fairnessvotes ....
BUT: it wasnt possible to judge them .... WHY????
