Fine for everybody that was for introduction of the 60% rule

The 60 percent rule is one of many huge idiocies in the game. Should not exist at all, instead of doing something against the paranoia of many idiots around here Buh should rather use his time in a more productive way. But since he didn't and introduced that idiotic rule a long time ago, let's give everybody that was whining about offliners before that a 5 million fine.
