To pass the down time: Who is a multi?

Funny game... well, not really a game, and not that funny, more sad, but as we all know tragedy makes for good comedy too and life is a game, unlike RSF which is education, so it is a funny game. Or not.
Anyway... questions, suspicions... I start: and I'm serious (so maybe not a game?)
LARAPANA and Team PDM: Both generally good managers. Both don't talk much. Both don't write in the forum. They are never to be found in the same race. If I remember correctly. Both without licence I think. Both managers or only both teams? First time I really asked myself that question was a loooooooooooong time ago: Robyklebt at the time, wrote in the general Chat: Good race PDM! And LARAPANA answered: Thanks. Eh? Aaaaaaaaaaaah. It could be that it's 2 teams by 2 brothers... 2 friends, 2 cousins. At the time to read the owns spec chat you had to log in with another account, I did that with Zauberlehrlinge (my dumb cousin's account quite often) So... what is it: Multi or not? I tend to go for multi more and more. The case with the wrong team answering, ok... but then add all the other similarities.... riding style, pretty minimal communication (without being impolite or unfair). Looks very much like the same person.
Let's see if he/she/they have something to say?
