IP-check from azzurri and azzurra

azzurri rides 14h slovenie and azzurra 15h Tour du Sud.
After ca. 25 kms azzurra came online and made settings and then he was off again. Only 1-2 minutes after Slovenie was over azzurra came online again.
On my question if azzurri is an second account from him he didn´t answered.

So he even has one team more now it seems... And it seems NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE ABOUT AZZURRI SO FAR! That was 21 days ago...
