Strange teams - Ip check possible ?

I see for example a team named Cello. 80 races, 2685 pts (33/race). And no wins.
But his team is quite impressive !
Inscribed in the game since 22/02/2011.
So, maybe it's nothing at all (cheap riders on the d6 market?). But it looks a bit surprising to me
