Could someone translate this also to the not french speaking people? Dont think i am the only one not knowing what is exactly meant by him?
Peut quelqun traducter ca pour les gents qui ne parlent pas le francais?

If you meant the question of me - I knew it was not a nice word but wanted to know how hard it was exactly before discussing about a fine.
