Put your energy into something productive for the game. Help to check races, find information on real races, help designing. It's so much more helpful and makes you feel better than your obsession with a certain manager.

If people feel alienated or feel like injustice is happening they wont help the game, i'm pretty sure (could be wrong)

We have to accept it and thank the FPC for all the work you are doing. I fear you get more, not less, work if you let things slip. People, who are testing the borders all the time, will still test borders and try to get through with other insults. It is a slippery slope.

Be happy, have fun: respect each other.
When you felt injustice is done to you: you can report it here.
But dont have expectations from others. Do things in harmony with yourself!
