Hi,

Prohibited team attacks:
1. Normal Team Attack. Attack (not following) with more than 2 riders of one team at the same km out of the same group. This rule is deactivated for the last 10 km of every race.
2. Combined Team Attack. Attack (not following) with more than 5 riders of one team during 20 km out of the same group, if these riders end up in the same group. This rule is deactivated in the second half of every race.

EMAG did make multiple team attack in todays morning race. It was just a race with 2 teams and Mintsprint was not online at the start.

Clear Rule 1 violation on km 4

additionally EMAG attack with all 9 riders within the first 25km all ending up together. So there is a rule 2 violation done as well.

Once Mintsprint was online, EMAG stopped tempo and waited for Mintsprint to catch up, later lost the race without any big action.

It was never mentioned by them that it was a team attack. He waited for him for no obvious reasons. It is an active violation (didn't happen because of hanging).

He said in the chat that he waited for him because he showed up (and made tempo). And otherwise? I think it will not harm him to get reminded that there are rules he accepts by inscription. And that violations of these rules can have consequences.

Fpc will find a good decision. If you think shooting the messager is a good way, go on Hoefs.

Maybe I put it a bit too dramatically, but I read this many times now questioning the people reporting these cases. And we witnessed that many people have issues understanding the rules while they are not. So he can comment that it didn't have an advantage for emag. Stating that it was resolved is still questionable as I mentioned.

But you can also contribute on the topic if you like.
