New FPC

TDM_Luxembourg asked to be taken out as he's not active anymore. I ask the rest 5 members to step down, and put me as the new FPC. I'm convinced I'll handle the fairplay part (as a whole not just cases) MUCH BETTER.

I'm serious here, I can be judged after a short period.
