I log in to play the game and have to read this. I don't know why would he feel the need to say this out of nowhere to make me feel bad.PandaCycling(11:55): taka i don't know how an attention seeking, provocating troll like you can be a) surprised that he gets fined and b) troll cases he opens are not automatically processed. maybe reflect on how some in this community see you and do your jokes with people like your sense of humor.
