i tell enough but no reaction over 20 km and than the wrong ... think more than a clear Violation of rules
without his attac in the end a sure victory for me

(btw. its really missing in the rules that you have to drop the rider which is not riding !!!!) but after 20 km too late, its wrong anyway

Looks like a clear case to me, 2 team attacks

First one was directly before a sieb km, so couldn't really be resolved. Not really profited from it because the flat riders then where behind the peloton for quite a while (but maybe changed the way bergwerk rides with Hone Heke after the sieb).

Second one was not resolved. As he attacked to force bergwerk chase him down for a chance while having two riders still in the main group. Helper advantage with the "inactive" Carlos Machado at least. Finally winning attack with Afonso Pinheiro.

No need to write anything like that in manual. It is forbidden to do team attacks, once you end up doing a team attack (rule 3 team attacks can happen) it is up to you to resolve it. That means you need to recreate a race situation, that didn't make you profit from the illegal action.
