only 7 riders in the team

is it possible now,to have just 7 riders in the team and take part in the races ?
i was thinking that you need to have 9 riders in your team to be able to start at a race-no matter if it is a 9 riders-per-team -race or a race that asks only for 8 or 7 riders...
the reason i ask this question is team "reapers" that will start at the cancun classic today @ 22:00
he has just 7 riders in his team-all bought today,pave skills 77-77-78-79-80-80-80...i don't know,but that doesn't look ok to me...is that ok with the official rules ?

as usual FL doesn't get my point...
stop allowing teams to have less than 9 riders to participate in the "test-phase"

Agree. And not only for this so-called "test-phase", but also for every lone-standing ITT or TTT or any other races that are redden with less than 9.

And insert a pop-up message when a rider is sold. Just like that which appears when a rider is bought. "Caution. You need at least 9 riders bla bla". (Or is it already there? I'm not sure right now. Don't want to try it out with one of my riders^)

For weeks i see Lumbi riding with 8 riders... now 9 rider race - he sells one and buys 2, so that he can start. Wouldn't wonder if he sells two riders in the near future for one better...

Das Problem besteht immer noch. Hab mir eben mal die angemeldeten Teams für die Nobatia Tour angesehen. Von 20 angemeldeten Teams haben folgende Teams nur acht oder weniger Fahrer im Team:
Muh-Express
TuS Nohfelle
Harzer Woelfe
Team Pueblo
herbstteam
Zum Teil extra heute für die Tour zusammengestellt, wie das eine der Jahreszeitenteams^^
Ich denke dies ist ein klarer Verstoß gegen die Regeln, da bei Gründung eines Teams explizit darauf hingewiesen wird mindestens neun Fahrer zu verpflichten!
Diese Teams können extra für die Tour ihr Team zusammenstellen und sparen sich den neunten Fahrer, können so also ein besseres Team an den Start bringen.

In the new layout it is not possible to inscript if the team has less than 9 riders. I think the problem is not so big that i need to solve it in the current version, too.
I thought the new layout would be online earlier, sorry.
