Time to take action for the constant unfair behaviour of Alkworld!

There's a million reasons, I'll refrain from posting them all, but think a 2 year ban starting immediately is in order.

Its the first of May, not April!

I suggest a small fine if the accusations are completely unreasonable.

The accusation was more than reasonable, but in retrospect a 18 month ban would have been enough.
