Why 3 months? Definitely ban all with 3 warnings or more...

Because football players who get 3 yellow cards in 10 matchs are definitively banned of football ? Because guys who catch for doping are definitively catch for their sport ?

Banning or not banning in this case wouldn't be much helpful for you I guess. The problem doesn't seem to be his team but his attitude, so good or bad team that wouldn't change too much. Best thing just ignore him

In football after 2 Yellow cards you can't play next match and if you do something heavy you lost many match.
For doping you could lost many seasons.
Here even villinger that use a cheat on sprint was banned after months.
Not a wrong idea fix the number (2,3,5,10 I don't know) of warning that led to a ban.
