Not exactly.
- It is allowed that two different persons are playing with their teams using the same IP, e.g. family members or colleagues. To avoid confusion and wild accusations, it's better to inform everybody here in the forum
- It is not allowed for a single person to have more than one team, regardless of which IP is used
