Sorry for French chat (this morning 07/10/2013 - Tour de Vendée), to sum-up:
I look at Procto-Log fair-play vote and ask him why people suspect him of multi. He answered "because I am a multi and own at least 15 teams but I never race with them in the same time". YU GI answered: "you can own as many team as you wish as soon as you are not racing with them in the same race"

Please IP check at least for Procto-Log...
