Multi "INKOF"

There is several "Saxo Tinkoff" like teams and a lot of them smell like multi (same way of writting the name, same country...)

Just write "inkof" in team name filter and do some IP check could help to do a nice clean-up :)

IPs are OK.
2 Teams were suspect but inactiv and are now banned.
