ich hoffe doch das sowas keine sekunde mehr spielen darf und dort gibt es ja mal garnix dran zu drehen keine geldstrafe ect er beleidigt damit alle deutschen und damit fühle ich mich auch direkt von ihm angegrifen auch wen ich nit dabei war

sowas hat hier absolut nix zu suchen.... das ist ja schon mehr wie rassenfeidnlich was dieser "mensch" dort abgelassen hat...

anscheinend hat er ein krasses ads problem und benötigt mal ganz dringend ein aggresions bewältigungs training.....

ähhh meine 2 cent dazu:

Strafe? - ja!
empfindliche Strafe? - ja!
ban? - nö, erst im Wiederholungsfall, bzw wenn das schon einer war, dann meinethalben auch das...
rechtliche Schritte? - siehe fl, (danke im übrigen, schön zu sehen das hier mal wer besonnen auf die Bremse tritt...)
die generelle Tendenz mit Kanonen auf Spatzen zu schießen ist mE eh äußerst fraglich...

und als Anmerkung am Rande sei jedem ein wenig Besonnenheit angeraten... auch die Modalfunktion der Anführungszeichen zwei Posts über diesem ist eine Beleidigung...

Nun, ob man im "Recht" ist oder nicht, zum Deppen macht man sich damit bestimmt. Klar muss es Konsquenzen haben, wenn man so einen Blödsinn von sich gibt im Rennchat, aber ingame (Verwarnung, Geldstrafe, Ausschluss, was auch immer). Sorry but was he said is DEFINITELY falling under "üble Nachrede" in german law - So it is a case for stating an example ... and I am one of the people who said "not everybody with stars is a multi" so dont tell me I was shooting with "Kanonen auf Spatzen" ... And btw. FL if someone tells you for lets say 20 minutes you are a fucking nazi and whatsoon - wouldnt you go to police?
For what are the laws if we dont use them? Let anybody tell you a nazi? Great ... so the next step is to say fucking jew?
A Ban must be the minimum ... We dont need anybody talking like this in here.
