Insult by OL to r TAKA 08/13

While looking for more harassment and insult by BW to Taka, found this:

Since Taka seems not to have been fined for "loser" once (or more) it seems, some people now think that calling somebody loser is acceptable in all cases, a safe way to insult Taka. It shouldn't be. Here it's OL needlessly attacks and insults Taka. But if we want a clean c4f, where there's no mention of "evil" and lists that include "evil" then I don't see how this here can be acceptable.

Maybe he can use the rest of the chat in his defence, here it is:

I bolded the interesting parts. (If I missed some, correct it) It's OL starting with shut the fuck up, a very impolite way of communication. Is that ok? Also it seems clear he tries to insult TAka with words that were not sanctioned in the past, but the intent to insult is very clear. And it's OL escalating things all the way. A way more punishable action then making a list with with an "evil group".
OL thought Taka started his sprint early to hurt OL chances, so he OL sprinted early, too early really too. Taka mentions it's a weird sprint which triggers OL into aggressive chatting and insults. Note that OL also indirectly accuses Taka of unfair playing. Taka denies it and OL keeps attacking, insulting Taka. My reading (it's correct, don't bother) of the situation. OL escalating this needlessly, a fine is in order.

Okay i'm gonna give my opinion. I was there and i was thinking that 3 players were walking a tight rope.

The first and obvious here. OL he ofc says all those words that in cases just before that race were dismissed.

R TAKA. There were already suspicions and a thread opened for not riding his best. And let's be honest who in their right mind goes on 300+ meters with a 90 sprinter. It pushes OL (a player that TAKA was trying to screw over if we believe that previous case. (Not enough evidence)) Ol could or go way too early with his second guy or see how TAKA just gave the entire field a free leadout if they switched over. In the end OL went too early (ofc had no choice if he wanted to win) and ansach won.

Big Donkey. Big donkey is not allowed to harass OL himself anymore. That's why he send this message 'Big Donkey(16:38): Keep talking Taka'. Asking TAKA to even further escalate it because the donkey himself isn't allowed anymore.

My opinion as someone who was in the race and in the FPC. If some of the other FPC-members opens the case I shall look at new evidence and based on that (and a bit of this) make my decision

That was not the decision given to me in my secret case. Yes, secret! Opened after an anonymous complaint.
Do yourself and the game a favor and resign from your position, that you now have misused twice, immediately. Slander of myself during the secret trial and after I even complied with the idiocy of a secret case after an anonymous complaint, you here think it's ok to spread misinformation on the outcome en passant? Then make the case open, but like this? Bad job.

I was adviced not to give him -3 with "you know why" in the fairplay votes anymore. That's it as far as I remember. Of course can't read up because right, the case was secret. But now suddenly public when somebody (NBeullens) thinks he can make it public. I complied. And stopped giving out any positive votes to anybody too, the FPC can take 50% credit on that, although that has a second reason,.
Harassing is not allowed anyway I suppose and I wasn't harassing OL before that case, I was rightly giving him -3 for his sabotage of the game.

By posting this here you show that you are completely unsuited to the job. Resign now.
And where do I appeal the verdict in a secret case? I was ok with it until you now here unofficially publicized a different judgement to the one that was given to me. Not acceptable, since my case having been secret (most likely to not give me a platform to show people how OL is and remains the main suspect in the sabotage case of c4f, deleting races repeatedly) I expected the judgement to remain secret too. Since that is not the case anymore, I appeal. And don't write me off with the time for appeals is over, there's nothing written about secret trials anywhere either.

It was never proven. There are some more things that we can't prove 100% but can make sure for like 99%. This case wasn't one of those.

I'm not going to resign for this. That is for someone higher up to decide if that is needed or not.

Ah, so at least you see the mistake, Good! Beullens doesn't seem to see it, maybe explain it to him.
Btw I made lots of mistakes as calendar assistant too. I'm aware that everybody makes mistakes.
I'm also aware that everybody has the right to post if they think the guy with a job isn't a good fit for that job. That's what I'm making here, fully in my right to voice my opinion that Beullens has shown enough bad judgement, that he should resign from the job. It's not just one mistake, it's 2 and then doubling down on one of the 2. I'll most likely make an official demand in an appropriate thread for that in the coming days. The players who understands the sprint system the most are 1-free team 2-r QUICK 3-r TAKA and that makes me the GOD of the sprint currently, if you want to learn ask me nicely and I'll teach you a thing or two. Sprinting with your 90sprinter from 300m is sometimes the best thing to do. You also miss the point, he was talking about an attempt to "block him" that's clearly not what you're talking about. Why hasn't a case been opened here, but in Schappy's case yes? The cases are very similar. Same attack/insult using words that after another case are perceived as "unpunishable". One is a bit harsher with the stfu added, the other comes from the spectators chat, non-involved person. Slight differences.
This one here though might even have inspired Schappy, since it was 2 days before Schappy struck. (I got the date wrong in my report, was 08/12) Maybe he got the idea here after seeing another manager doing it without repercussions?

Can't see how it's sensible to open a case for one, but not the other.
