Marlboro and Marlhou is more because of the similar name, start date, and the ** from Marlboro, both were rarely online at the same time (one off, the other on and so forth). Who knows, maybe all a coincidence and Marl is popular in two different countries or similar to R prefixing 100 different teams. If so, I apologise. But this is just the way I see it.
